| I read somewhere that his children with Nicole don't live with her, they live with him. Can anyone verify this? |

| Ok, so I read that Nicole spend T-day and Xmas with Keith Urban in Nashville. What that says to me is that she didn't see her own children at the holidays. Was Tom monopolizing them? I have gotten the impression she is really not into the kids because they are more Tom's. I don't know why I get that impression, she has never said anything implying this, I just get that impression............ |

| That's sad I would miss my mom very much. Those kids must have a though life. Yet they have all the money in the world--they can buy anything their hearts desire. At least one of the parents care for them. Tom seems very active in their life which I think is good to be a hands on parent. True I do not think Nicole cares as much for their kids as he does. If she did she too would be at atleast one of the kids game. Tom and Katie have been to soccer, backetball, softball, and baseball games just in the past 7 or 8 months. |

| I also read in an interview she gave about a year after the divorce, she said that she hoped to fall in love with someone again, and have a baby of her own. She made it clear that she wanted to get pregnant and have a her own biological baby. Really that's understandable, wanting to have that experience. Ya know, I have never once seen a photograph of her with the kids, they are pretty protected from being in the spotlight. But I have still seen them both photographed with Tom, but never with Nicole. I do wonder why there are never are any reports of her being at their games. If Tomkat is at the game and being photographed and reported on, then surely if Nicole was there, that would make the story even more interesting, Tom's ex and current cheering on the kids would surely be reported on if it happened......So she isn't showing up for the games..... |

I wonder how often nicole is allowed to see her kids. She now lives in nashville with keith urban full time. I know this for a fact because I live here also and its been in the local news, they have had several stories asking her how she likes living here etc etc, and she is photographed out and about at different places here.
It has been reported they live here ALONE, without any kids, but no one in the news ever mentions much about this. hhhmmmm mysterious.
I recently read a infotainment bleep about tom and how he spend the day with his kids and katie, then they are always at EVERY soccer, football, wtvr game for the kids. So they live in CA with him and katie.
How often does she get to see them, obviously they live with him. I wonder why............. |

Finally the answer to who has custody of the children!!!!!!!
Katie gave an interview to harpers bazaar and it is revealed in the interview that Tom and Nicoles children live with Tom and Katie full time and Nicole only has access to them via a webcam and cell phone. It also says that along with his two children and their baby, his sister, her children and his mother all live together in the same house. UGH! Way to start off a marriage. I know they must live in a big house, but that is a lot of people to live together! And if his mother is anything like him, she probably is always telling katie how to raise her baby.
