Angelina Jolie Gives Birth to Twins

Many people consider Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie the perfect couple. They adopt children, spend time a high percentage of time helping the less fortunate across the world, and now they have given birth to twins!

The doctor who delivered the twins, Dr. Michel Sussmann, told The Associated Press that the actress and all parties, including Brad Pitt, "are doing marvelously well." Sussmann stated that Jolie gave birth to a boy, named Knox Leon, and a girl, named Vivienne Marcheline, by Cesarian section in southern France on Saturday night. The doctor stated that the cesarian had been moved up from the original plan due to medical reasons, but he did not elaborate on what those reasons might have been.

Angelina had checked into the hospital a few weeks ago in order to rest and be monitored by the doctors. She slipped under the journalist radar by flying in via helicopter while the papparazzi had there eyes trained on maternity wards on the French Riviera.

The twins will quite possibly become the most famous set of fraternal twins in the world. Brad and Angelina have reportedly already sold the first picture rights to a magazine in the United States, but the identity of that magazine hasn't been released just yet.

Kirsten Dunst and Ryan Gosling?

The LA Times "Dish Rag" is reporting that rumors have surfaced of a possible relationship between Ryan Gosling and Kirsten Dunst. Apparently the rumor started because someone saw them making out in public in New York City. The problems with this rumor are however, that the two are filming a movie together called "All Good Things".

Regardless, we will keep you in the loop, and if this couple is confirmed, we will finally whisk at least one of the famous Gosling/McAdams couple back out of the RIP category.

Jessica Biel, Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony Dream Disney

In what is probably alot of guys version of a 7th Heaven, Jessica Biel posing as Disney's Pocahontas is just one of many new celebrity photos that Disney has recently added to it's growing collection. Chasing her in the action shot is deer, but we assume boyfriend Justin Timberlake isn't that far behind.

Disney Parks & Resorts, along with famed photographer Annie Liebovitz, first made headlines over a year ago with pictures of David Beckham, Beyonce and Scarlett Johansson dressed as famous cartoon movie characters. Since then, there have been multiple updates to the initiative.

"I was a huge Disney fan growing up as a kid and Cinderella, Snow White, Pocahontas, Ariel were all huge for me, so I definitely did dream," Biel, 25, says in a statement. "I never actually thought I would make it! So this is pretty exciting."

Other newly released photos feature Whoopi Goldberg as Aladdin's Genie, Gisele Bündchen as Peter Pan's Wendy, Tina Fey as Tinker Bell and Mikhail Baryshnikov as the flying boy in tights; and expectant celebrity couple Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony riding a magic carpet from the animated movie Aladdin. Jennifer Lopez commented on her photo, stating "She's the new cool princess."

Rose McGowan and Robert Rodriguez - Confirmed!

Rumors proved true this week when actress Rose McGowan and director Robert Rodriguez admitted that they are involved in a relationship. The couple was previously seen holding hands at the Cannes film festival.

There was alot of speculation around this while filming for the latest Rodriguez/Tarantino movie "Grindhouse" was under way. Rose is a star in that movie.

Rose McGowan is perhaps best known for her role as one of the "charmed ones" on the recently ended cable television series "Charmed". She is also known for for a very public five year relationship with Marylin Manson, during which she walked a red carpet in a see through dress with a thong.

Rodriguez officially announced in April of 2006 that he and his wife Elizabeth Avellán separated after 16 years of marriage. There is still speculation that part of this seperation is due to the heat between him and Rose that developed on set.

This couple will be joining the Celebrity Couples Online list shortly.

Richard Gere & Shilpa Shetty Case Dismissed

Who would of thought a culture still exists where someone could get thrown in jail for a kiss. Even worse, just a peck on the cheek!

India's supreme court has suspended further legal action against the two, and also lifted a ban that was keeping Shetty in India without travel priveledges.

The fuss all started at an AIDS benefit in India. American actor Richard Gere embraced and kissed Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty on the cheek multiple times. Hard line Hindu's within India felt the act was an obscene gesture, and warrants were issued by a judge.

Gere states that he was attempting to parody a scene from his movie "Shall We Dance", and that he misread the Indian crowd of 4,000 plus. The judge who issued the warrants claimed the kiss was highly sexual and erotic. Gere left India shortly after the kiss, but is a frequent visitor to the country in support of health issues.

Poor Shilpa Shetty, who has become a worldwide phenomenon, was slightly left to fend for herself. "I've felt terrible that she should carry a burden that is no fault of hers," Gere stated.

Celebrity Couples Roundup: Stefani, Rossdale, and the Beckhams

We received countless emails asking why we hadn't added Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale to the Celebrity Couples Online website. Well, they are added now. The couple was married in 2002 and have one child together that was born in 2006. Gavin has a child from a previous relationship as well.

Adding this couple is kinda special for myself, as I actually had the pleasure of attending the tour where the couple met. In 1996, as a student at the University of Tennessee, I went with a bunch of friends to see Bush and the Goo-Goo Dolls in Knoxville. The opening act was "No Doubt", a group who's second album was receiving alot of airplay. I didn't really know who they were, but they certainly stole the show. (Bush was great too).

In other Celebrity Couple news, David Beckham and his wife Victoria settled on a six bedroom house in Beverly Hills. With a bunch of kids, let's hope it doesn't get too crowded, although I am sure the smallest bedroom is probable the size of my living room.

Disney gets Beyonce, Scarlett, and Beckham to strike a pose

In a recent move to help promote it's "Year of a Million Dreams" celebration across it's global theme parks, Disney recently hired some celebrities to pose as real life characters from some of it's most famous films.

Famed celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz donned the camera as Beyonce Knowles posed for a shot alongside the mad hatter in a scene from Alice in Wonderland. Accompanying Beyonce in this shot is also Lyle Lovett.

Scarlett Johansson was brought in to portray Cinderella in what can only be described as a beautiful, breathtaking picture.

The third photograph brings us another celebrity couple member, David Beckham, posing as Prince Phillip.

There are rumblings about that perhaps more celebrities will be joining in the fun. Rumors are swirling we may see the little mermaid before the year is out.

Sandra Bullock and Naomi Watts join Celebrity Couples Online!

We are starting to pick the pace back up here at Celebrity Couples Online. Even without many blog entries over the last few months, traffic to the website is continuing to increase every week!

We have just added two couples to the site who were definitely missing before.

First, Liev Schreiber and Naomi Watts join us. Liev may be best known for his hit roles in "Kate and Leopold", "The Sum of All Fears", "The Hurricane", and "The Manchurian Candidate". Naomi starred in the Peter Jackson remake of "King Kong", as well as "The Ring" horror flicks. The couple is currently in dating status, but is expecting their first child.

The second couple, and yes they have been together for some time now, is Jesse James and Sandra Bullock. Sandra is such a widely known actress I don't need to waste my typing fingers on past movies. Jesse James is best known for his television show "Monster Garage".

New Couple: Meg Ryan and Matthew Perry?

Meg Ryan and Matthew Perry have sparked rumors they are romantically involved after being seen getting cozy in Los Angeles. The Studio 60 On The Sunset Strip star has been a regular guest at the actress' gated home in Bel Air, California. A source tells American publication Us Weekly Perry was spotted arriving at Ryan's home on Saturday night at 8:30pm, saying she "had the gates open, just waiting for him." Perry, 37, and Ryan, 45, were also see dining out at The Brentwood restaurant in Los Angeles over the holidays. An eyewitness says, "They sat in a dark corner booth. Meg asked that the spotlight on their table to be turned down." A source confirms Perry and his recent girlfriend, The Class star Lizzy Caplan, 24, "are not dating anymore." Ryan divorced actor Dennis Quaid in 2001 and briefly dated her Proof Of Life co-star Russell Crowe.
